- Ch01 audit: verified no stale canon references survived
- Cross-file consistency sweep clean for the four stale
patterns (root cellar, Wolf note, pixie dragon, symbiote)
- series-arc.md: "pixie dragon" → "true dragon (Mine 1 earth-magic mutation)"
- Memory updated: spec marked implemented

rename: Kimra -> Kimbra across project files

Text-content replacements to match the kimra.md -> kimbra.md file
rename. Preserves file history via the earlier git mv and updates all
references in outlines, character bibles, book 3 CLAUDE and input
files, and the historical design spec.
