- Ch01 audit: verified no stale canon references survived
- Cross-file consistency sweep clean for the four stale
patterns (root cellar, Wolf note, pixie dragon, symbiote)

rename. Preserves file history via the earlier git mv and updates all

Revises the Book 3 discovery mechanism, site geography, and Pip's
species while preserving Act 2-3 structural beats, the seal/lock
inversion, the WellsMoon callback, the Ch19 confrontation, and the
Ch21 elevation. Introduces the 20-year Pathfinder-survey backstory,
Devod's direct site connection at age ~35, the scout-death mechanism
that explains Ledger's 4-month delay, and Pip as a true dragon grown
from earth-magic-mutated lizards with growth gated by residue intake.
