Book 3 was too packed — the lock-build arc and the grievance-elevation
arc were competing for the same climactic space. Split at Ch15/Ch16:
Book 3 is now 18 chapters ending on "The Night Before" (lock built,
tested, holds; house funded; storm visible on the horizon). Book 4 is
13 chapters starting with "The Ambush" and carrying the
confrontation/standoff/elevation/aftermath arc.
Left deliberate gap chapters for future character development: 2 in
Book 3 (Ch10, Ch17), 3 in Book 4 (Ch02, Ch07, Ch10).

Text-content replacements to match the kimra.md -> kimbra.md file
rename. Preserves file history via the earlier git mv and updates all
references in outlines, character bibles, book 3 CLAUDE and input
files, and the historical design spec.

Revises the Book 3 discovery mechanism, site geography, and Pip's
species while preserving Act 2-3 structural beats, the seal/lock
inversion, the WellsMoon callback, the Ch19 confrontation, and the
Ch21 elevation. Introduces the 20-year Pathfinder-survey backstory,
Devod's direct site connection at age ~35, the scout-death mechanism
that explains Ledger's 4-month delay, and Pip as a true dragon grown
from earth-magic-mutated lizards with growth gated by residue intake.
